New Year

It’s a new year, a new start
My body’s not a work of art
I’ve lost my shape, my form, but not my heart
I give you all I have to part

New year, new attitude. New workout routine too. Disabled not obsolete. Thanks for following my journey.

Binary Code

All I am is zeroes and ones. Hung up by rope with every mistake that I’ve done. Counting the ones and zeroes as all sum. God life ain’t fun.

Ones and zeroes only / that’s how you own me

Opened up my eyes, had a follow request, saw a post on binary code, and wallah. Poem. I apparently still love him in between the endless BLOCKING and UNBLOCKING that I do. I’m sorrys! 😭

I’m dying for his touch. Don’t even really know who he is, I just know he’s my entire fucking world and existence.

And I need him so much my mind will turn complete strangers into him.

Just because I can’t see him doesn’t mean he’s not around.

Just because I’m paranoid doesn’t mean I’m not being followed.

Not Today

The moon’s sway
An ocean wave
The love you never gave
My heart’s decay

Stars at night behave
The roads they pave
Forgiveness a knock away
But not today

© Delia Ross. 2020 @poeeternal

Not today and probably not tomorrow either. Jesus himself could try to teach me the lesson of forgiveness but God literally made me incapable of learning it. I’m an angel. I am meant to send demons to hell. And I’m an ACTUAL warrior, highly and sufficiently trained by the United States Army for 15 years. Even been to combat, have seen war. Broken in more ways than one, but never my integrity. Not my honor. Not my pride for the sacrifices, I’ve done for my country. You can’t fucking break me, the Army already did. And I’m going to survive this apocalypse without you. Enjoy your proverbial bed. 😊

I cringe at socialites. Just not my thing. And that’s okay. Introverts deserve recognition too.

I barely can handle family events which is why I pretty much don’t do them anymore either.

2 am snapchat version me (and 48 hours no sleep, yay insomnia)!!!

And to the ones who give me space to do my work without any bullshit involved, thank you. I’ve said this like a thousand times before, but I am a war vet and I am not a social creature. You shouldn’t base how much I like you, on how often I come around. But there’s also certain platforms that I have gotten off of, for the most part like Facebook, because it’s toxic as fuck. I had stayed on the Instagram and Twitter but I’m kind of falling off the Twitter now too.

You’ll notice I’ve never had a contact box on my blog. I don’t participate in prompts. I’m currently not doing collabs. I’m not good with communicating anymore either. I don’t do social events, I don’t do social outings. I don’t people. I don’t even like knocks at my door or phone calls. I have disabilities and health issues that keep me isolated. But I still have to kill off friendships because they get mad at me for not wanting to go hang out at a bar. I don’t even drink. 👎👎

You can bribe me with food though at any point in the day. Be extra careful though at midnight because that’s when I’m the hungriest and turn into a gremlin if I DON’T EAT.

On the upside, I am considering adding a limited number video chat tier to my Patreon, as many writers and artists offer it. Can discuss anything, writing, read me something you’re working on, chat about the weather, get writing tips, get feedback on a project you’re working on. Whatever! Regular stuffs that these video chats are for (the non sex work stuff)!

I’m also wanting to add a print tier (which is coming hopefully within the next 60 days) and if I could get enough support rolling in, a cosplay nude tier. Costumes, makeup, props, equipment, these things require money. I’ll be needing to update my goals on my Patreon soon as I’m growing thanks to your feedback, encouragement, and continued support! ❤💪💪💪❤

I like my privacy and my solitude but you know, there are narcissists out there who give you the cold shoulder for it. I’m not freezing tho. I’ve got shelter. I paid my electric and rent + 9000 other basic cost of living expenses which keep the poor poor. But my feet are warm. I mean, the narcissists tools of manipulation just don’t work on me anymore. Sorry not sorry. Hungry and suicidal. On edge 24/7. Want to be on my own, create art and fuck the patriarchy… Basic 101. Art was always meant to be political. Or rather anarchical and against the norm. HELLO, THAT’S ME!!! *waves*

What We Know

Everyone musta always been scavenging for food and water, typical supplies, but I was looking for the hidden stashes and bongs. I wanted medical grade marijuana, not that pharmaceutical junk. What they didn’t know was I had found a stash a few houses back, and I was still on the fence on whether I wanted them to know I had been looking for it. I had enough stress. My pain levels were at their max. I had grouped up with six others 2 nights ago, presumably most from the same neighborhood as I, or more importantly, mentally sound. Some had mentioned being vets, I could no longer trust anyone, and even my small group was suspect.

Here’s what we know. About 2 weeks ago an attack happened in the city, power was lost immediately following, cell communications down, radio and television silence, emergency service null.

So anyway, a couple days back I found a flavor jar under some kids bed, probably a teenager sixteen or 17, judging by the room. Signs of a struggle were seen throughout the condo, I fathom to ponder what has become of the owners of the unit. We lived and shared a fairly big neighborhood, yet barely lifted a chin of recognition when driving or walking by. But the kid had good taste with classic posters on his wall. When I saw the Floyd tapestries, I had hoped that there’d be some bud stashed away. And there was. I quickly pocketed it before the others could catch me.

To be continued…

Twitching

Hi. How are you? Keeping safe? I’ve been trying to enjoy my summer by going on bike rides with my dog but it’s been raining like crazy around here. He loves to go on rides and I love taking him. He turned nine years old last week.

I haven’t been blogging as much, there’s little inspiration coming in. Just feeling absolutely drained and needing a break from the blogging sphere. I’ve honestly needed a break from everything in life. I miss travel, food, gigs, friends. This quarantine sucks and isolation has actually been harder for my depression. On the upside, Twitching has been fun.

Now that I’ve got on Twitch, I’ve been live streaming more. The app is so intricate, there is so much I’m still trying to learn. I’ve been working towards the affiliate goals, please give me a follow on my channel and help me reach 50 followers (7/50 currently)! 🙏❤🙏 I’m super shy, but pushing through boundaries. I play other games and I’ll get around to showing those off soon. I’m going to live stream other stuff than just games but I’m still learning the ropes on the platform.

I just want to open up and start sharing more of my life with you. So give me a follow over there if any of this interest you. If you have an Amazon Prime account you can connect your Twitch account and then you can actually subscribe to me (but I have to reach 50 followers before I can have subscribers).

Thank you to everyone who’s been checking out my channel!! It’s honestly helping me not be so stir-crazy!! Sending you lots of love!!

Catch me on my next live stream, coming soon! 🤗

I conjure words
Give them silhouette and form
Watch them rise a storm
Make them flood the world

A Girl & Her Guitar

Shadows reveal everything. I posted stuffs on my Instagram. I play on an Epiphone. I know a few chords. You can listen on Tuners. I’m busy doing stuffs. Forgive my absence of your blogs (or commenting in general). I’m newly on Patreon as a writer if you’d like to support my creative endeavors. There’s only one me and I run all my social media accounts, but I do work hard to put out good content. Here’s some photos of me without makeups (sorry, self-loathing phase AKA depression).

I’ve gained at least 5 lbs from eating donuts I’m sure… (I weigh in at 125 pounds currently, petite as fuck).
No filter. HAIRS 😍
I posted this and a few others on Instagram but Insta zooms them. So here it is with my face. I’m sure it was better without. 🙂

G’nite! Time for baths. Probably should have cleaned up first. Dirty gal (more like just tired and achy). 🙂

Made For You

I’ve kissed lips that tasted of kings
I’ve slept in halls where angels sing
I’ve ridden sorrow through hells domain
But in my heart is where he remains

In an outpour I bleed out the worst
I expell the poison and simmer the curse
If time were a remedy, I’d drink until full
If his heart were a string, I’d give it a pull

Kings and queens and other things too
Honey, they won’t replace my love of you
Diamonds and roses and even poetry
You may have a million girls but they ain’t me

I’ve been through the pain and through the waste
I’ve tried them all they ain’t my taste
You are stubborn and you know it’s true
The universe says I was made for you

Grant me a Pardon

I say goodbye for him
I climb mountains with a broken limb
Battered down and wounded still I can feel
Do all I can to fully disappear
I’ve got him on my mind all the time still
And he’ll never know I was even here –

Attending to his garden
Watching his heart harden
Wishing I were less of a burden
If only he’d grant me a pardon
Please speak to the warden
But he hates me I am certain

My Son Part 1: The Promise

WARNING: The following story contains explicit gore, imagery, & death. It is intended for an older audience. Though it is not age restricted, caution should be taken when reading, as it may cause triggers in some due to the sensitive context and subject matter. Proceed with caution.

My Son Part 1: The Promise

“The bloody note,
that his lost wife wrote,
He found under his pillow,
when in the afternoon he awoke.
His heart grew weak as he read her final thoughts,
her last words about the son she lost,
and the promise that she broke.
But it sends him right,
back to that lovely night,
when they felt each other’s love,
and gave each other light.
But he tears up when he remembers the deed,
the love he felt then, seems now like greed.
Her promise he would recite.
‘Our life together, darling, has just begun,
And I would be honored if you had our son.’
He was her man and she was his lady,
and so he asked her to have his baby.
Neither hesitated.
She lay on the floor,
as the blood poured,
she felt the one inside,
would live no more.
And she was crying for help and she called everyone.
Thinking that someone could save her son.”
The promise lay on the ground torn.
The shame she had,
when he took her hand,
in the hospital room,
but he made no demand.

And when he first entered, she wouldn’t even lock,
her eyes with his, she just turned toward the wall.
Thinking the promise, she would damn.
But she looked in time,
with her tearing eyes,
she wanted to see him,
the one she was denied.
And when she did, her world was shattered,
And put in submission.
It was black and bloody and in the fetal position.
Her promise was a lie.
‘Our life, my darling, had just begun.
I only need my girl and I don’t need a son.’
He said this, but he could not hide his pain,
He knew that their love would never be the same.
Neither reiterated.
And alas one evening,
while he was dreaming,
she’d lay in the tub,
her wrists slashed and bleeding.
And when he saw the result his heart receded,
it tore apart when her wrists stopped bleeding.
The promise she was relieving.
And after the police went,
And after the trial,
After the search of his house,
And long after denial,
That’s when he found her letter of regret.
Buried under his pillow so he couldn’t neglect.
But then arose a devious smile.
‘Our life, my darling, has just begun.
All I have to do is save some of your blood.’
He knew a man who could restore her life
half of this woman would still be half of his wife.
Shockingly, he never hesitated.”
