I know why the moon parks with her lights on
Like a spotlight for misery
With you center stage conspicuous
Acting like you’ve nothing to prove

You spill your guts in riddle
While paying debt with lie and nickel
Daring darkness and hope to perish
But moon knows all you kill and cherish

You let dark beat you like a whip
Light breaks on your back
Your wrists bleed heretics
With hope an iron chair

You’re 50-50 alarm and silence
The love, the violence
She’s full, some crescent
You’re here, but absent

  1. I don’t want it to feel like a train wreck just because I switch between the two, I just have to compromise internally and externally. I don’t know why I’m so different and weird. That’s my calling. Break all the rules. Code breaker. The law of one. 🤓

  3. I appreciate that, my health isn’t allowing for anything else currently. 😑

I do have blogging goals for 2022 (and beyond):

    Update my website
    Participate in the blogging community
    Organize my content and layout
    Add a contact page
Provide audio recordings of some of my poems when I post

But the dying has been getting in the way.🤪

I appreciate your visits and feedback so much! 🥰
