Ready for round 2…
Silence on the battleground
Blood on my sword
Sorrow now eastbound
Forgiveness I’m not marching toward
The sky is red
My heart is black
The love is dead
I’m not coming back
Tie my boots tighter
Brush off the pain
I am a fighter
Death is my reign
Casualties on the field
Integrity is my alibi
Your end is where I healed
So this is where you die

Wicked games coming around
Wicked games bringing me down
Hurry, paint on my favorite frown
‘Cuz wicked games have taken over town
© Delia Ross. 2019
It floods in like a tsunami, the anger
Red flags appear, and I’m calling danger
Don’t come at me like I am a stranger
Fighting enemies helps tame our nature

I SEE THROUGH YOU, DIFFICULT NOT TO FEEL A LITTLE BIT DISAPPOINTED AND PASSED OVER
What is confusion?
What is space?
What is reason?
What is grace?
What is love?
What is hate?
What is trust?
What is waste?
What is life?
What is death?
What is falter?
What is step?
What is time?
What is short?
What is long?
What is sport?
What is pride?
What is regret?
What is sight?
What is connect?
What is friend?
What is stranger?
What is safe?
What is danger?

The idea originally was to answer the questions in rhyme beside the questions but then it sort of flowed out with the answers in the questions (or maybe implied between the lines). I was inspired by the micropoem I read below (hers is better)… 👇
“What are heavy? sea-sand and sorrow:
What are brief? today and tomorrow:
What are frail? Spring blossoms and youth:
What are deep ? the ocean and truth.” ~ Christina Rossetti
Give me tools to fix his heart
Give me knowledge to know the chart
Give me eyes to see the part
Give me time to fix the start
Place my hand on his wound
Tell him he’ll be better soon
Make him feel as if marooned
Now our hearts can beat in tune
© Delia Ross. 2019
Am I an obligation or is he carrying me across the frothy sea?
Is that why I never see extra feet beneath me?
And my step it feels more steady?
And the cold, it feels less brisky
Thank you for carrying me calmly
Through my storms and through the heavy
© Delia Ross. 2019
Are you really there? Why do I feel you are?
I am all the sweetness of a berry but I show him the sour of a peach
It seems my bitter tongue keeps him at a distance I can’t reach
If I could just learn a language that he and everyone speaks
If he could see through the lows where I have amazing peaks
I wish I could talk to him with my body
I could show him I know joy and naughty
I could kiss his lips and not feel a zombie
I could smile for him and not be so rowdy
There are so many things that I want to say
But my anxiety always gets in the way
And maybe if I had just one night
He could teach me so I could get it right

Writing this made me remember the nicknames my bestfriend (who died by suicide at age 13) and I had for each other, CREAMPUFF & JUICYFRUIT 😍 and we would say to each other, “you are my honeybun and I want to lick all of the cream off of you”. 😊 I LOVE THIS MEMORY. I was her “creampuff” *giggles* I am still sweet like that in the real world, away from a screen. Shy and nerdy but also a sexual beast. I keep showing the beast. But honestly, I can’t help it, it’s like my hormones are 13 again… Men go through their sexual prime early in life but women later… Like me, now. Send chocolates.
He is part of a world I wish I was in
The story is open, the pages are thin
Love is where I’m going but it’s never where I’ve been
The road is full of obstacles and requires some discipline
The clouds passing by bring a current of hope
The fog dissipates with all of my mope
The sun bursts with a new horoscope
The sky is a blanket where my sorrows can cope
I took my depression and left it in a back alleyway
I may return for it again someday
And when my fears visit, they’ll arrive in a beautiful bouquet
And if you ever forgive me, that day will be a permanent holiday
Set the controls to where my heart is churning
Look all directions, you’ll see our fire burning
There is never a day for you I am not yearning
Some practice of forgiveness is worth learning
© Delia Ross. 2019
I lied though, ‘cuz he is really my favorite poet. I can feel him inspire every little fiber and molecule in me… just saying.
I don’t know how to say I’m sorry again
I know coming and going seems to be a trend
I really hope forgiveness isn’t a dead end
I really hope for me your hand will still extend
Like towering clouds of doom
Your absence fell over my wound
Huge swells of sorrow circle my room
I hope to hear from you again soon
© Delia Ross. 2019
I really am sorry 😵
The trouble with forever
It happens rarely ever
They put it in a letter
Then say that it is treasure
The trouble with forever
It happens next to never
They promise you less error
Then leave in stormy weather
The trouble with forever
For worse or for better
At first they give you pleasure
Then the rest is only terror
The trouble with forever
It feels light as a feather
It promises only leisure
But it’s gone once there’s pressure

A Visit From Lu Part 3
Lu entered my door bringing despair
He had it gift wrapped for extra flair
He covered it in agony to make it look rare
He had a look of concern but I know he didn’t care
So there we were both grinning –
Like in a game of chess but the devil’s always winning
The only hand I play is a joker never sinning
The only life I live is the one I’m never living
As Lu drew nearer he sat upon my table
Like an uninvited guest who should leave but isn’t able
And I am starting to feel very unstable
But my doubt only makes Lu more grateful (and we sat there through April)
Now the window shows that it is winter
And the fear is growing in my center
And all this doubt makes my tongue bitter
The devil got under me without lifting a finger
It’s like if I move a piece I’ll open Pandora’s box
And you know the devil can crawl just watch how he talks
And you know the devil can dance just watch how he walks
And you know the devil is purgatory just watch all the clocks
I’m damned if I do and I’m damned if I don’t
Whatever move, Lu will condone
He is a step ahead, anytime I’m wrong
How do you knock a devil off of a throne
To be continued!?!
© Delia Ross. 2019
Oh my goodness, 3 was a challenge! Notice how the devil seems to be moving his way throughout my house/life in this series? The underlining theme in chapter 3 is depression (purgatory). As well as, how we need to be careful about the choices we make in life. I didn’t set out for it to be this way, it’s just how the story developed. I hope you likey (the 5th stanza is my favorite)! 😊
Read: A Visit From Lu Part 4
I guess you could say we are acquainted
We had similar falls, our wings are tainted
But now I am older and my sins have faded
And though it’s been decades, Lu has gladly waited
He knows I don’t like him coming around these quiet parts
But that doesn’t stop Lu from having a heart-to-heart
He may own the land but I have the right to depart
But the places I am going, may require some charts
He never knocks, he just enters the room
And my temperament goes from glad to gloom
The air gets colder as it’s filled with doom
I turn away and mumble, “I don’t wanna talk with you”
Lu takes a seat and starts whistling, “What I’m about to tell you might be chilling”
As I was headed to the door proudly not listening,
Lu started hissing
My step slowed and nearly faltered
From the snake gripping down under
And now the moment felt awkward
As I wondered this time what Lu offered
The thing we had most in common was our grin
Which is odd, given that, it should be sin
But when it comes to purity, I’m the best that’s ever been
And I heard him hissing “favorite” with the moonlight shining in (he’s at it again)…
To be continued…!?!

I thought that he was far away but he doesn’t exist
I thought they were a bouquet of poems, not a blade to cut my wrist
For a moment, I felt loved, now I feel his fist
And whatever I’ve done, well he’s over it
One, two, three, four, there’s so many grabbing at his line
It was written for her but now nevermind
And if he can’t have her, we get zero rhyme
If he only knew they left us completely blind
He kept us marching so long in the desert
And thirsty we were for any squirt
We were just disciples for him to hurt
And the connections that were made he doesn’t give a fuck
© Delia Ross. 2019
He takes my mistakes and spins it like thread; And out from the web the finest dread
He takes my regret and puts it in the fire; And out of the pit come my worst desire
He takes my shame and puts it on his feet; And next thing you know he’s down the street
He takes my love and puts it on his mantle; Then he swears protection on his broken angel
© Delia Ross. 2019
The days are slow, the nights are longer
Without the white of moon, he will wonder
Without the glare of sun, he will wander
And when the Moon is full so is his hunger
He has been going down a path of the unknown
Following her, in any weather, through any zone
Treading on forever, any havoc, any wrong
He has known the route for ages, for she is his kingdom
© Delia Ross. 2019
Kingdom come, thy will be done, come conquer this land… amens
I’m so glad this still exists, it makes my panties wet.
SPIRAL OUT, KEEP GOING
The service you subscribe to has been temporarily disabled
The lies I was eating too, were all mislabeled
Feelings that could not be swallowed, pushed under the table
The love she was selling you, have clogged your cables
Caring now a fortune and something I’m just not able
Annoyance like a vine and it creeps and entwines
If happiness were a choice they would all still decline
It seems so obvious but they require written signs
Apophis now a decade out from the end-of-times
Life’s so very short but they still won’t understand
And if they wake up now they might feel something grand
And it will be too late when she comes to kiss this land
And if that doesn’t work, well, death has other plans
© Delia Ross. 2019
Life is short, love now… MORE LOVE. The world needs more love. I don’t have time for anything else.
Cold, dark orbits
Just a passenger to his need
Closed windows but still the wind is furious
And racing around every corner you bleed
Sealed off any exits
Like black tar and sticky
Removed any altering
Whores we are worshipping
Coffins as an offering
Death is evermore
Started as something, ended as something else
Destroy the bond, empty the shelf
You took it all, there’s nothing left
Wrong delusion
Precious lunatic
You found my fault line
Every fucking time
And from my pieces
You built a ship
Tested my innocence
Got another taste of it
And delicious is every bit
And I stretch out my finger
As you take another lick
Yummy are the ashes
And broken auras
Lesser are my views
Hearts in a crucifixion
What can you do
Wings of frustration
A different sensation from abuse
Pull your back up friend
Here, I’ll give you a hand
Let’s go higher
I was godsend
Age of rejection
An angel weary and beaten
She collects her feathers
For a potion or a trophy
It doesn’t matter, I’m not well
Down here in hell
I’m saying sorry to the dead
While she collects feathers for her bed
The same bed he will tread
And I hate Earth
Or just my worth…
© Delia Ross. 2019
Maybe my regret is a thorn in a rose
Or maybe second chance is the hand that he shows
Down here in his chambers, are the darkest meadows
And where we both are heading, only he knows
I will spiral downward, until he breaks my resolve
The further from ascension, the more that we evolve
When pressured for a reason, the question goes unsolved
Leave guessing in the season, where doubt cannot unthaw
Though careful we are treading, through the meddling, of never giving up
And heavy was the worry where our picture could not develop
And leaning on our shoulder was the ear of the devil
And facing in the mirror was an angel who fell from heaven
With eyes that burn for him with loyalty
Though she’ll never know it, his heart is her property
Both married to the darkness as if it’s the only deity
Yet somewhere in the fall, she had found her divinity
© Delia Ross. 2019
His divine right of suffering
King of the weepings
Destroyer of the weaklings
Master of your feelings
Mirrors on the ceilings
Where doubts keep repeating
And devils roam these evenings
Angels bow for healings
Desperate for his feedings
Mercy stops the bleeding
Will follow where he’s fleeting
His darkness as a greeting
Doom is where he’s leading
Every day keeps repeating
Nothing stops the needing
Where love is now receding
Where I’ve lost my meaning
He’ll never stop my dreaming
An enemy to your pleading
Your crime for ever seeking
The secrets he ain’t leaking
His patience nearly peaking
His angel never speaking
Whatever keeps him grieving
He gives what he’s receiving
Though neither want for leaving

On a whim, had to go freestyle, so many feels…and therapeutic. ✌️
Taking the long journey alone
It was quite heavy lifting the stone
But alas it’s done and I’m on my own
And it’s so black, I have lost my home
Is this life or just a tomb
Is there no forgiveness for the things I do
Is there not a seat for me in this room
Is there any reason for the things I assume
Are my eyes open or are they closed
I thought I heard agreement so who opposed
Did the page turn or decompose
Why were the actual risk never disclosed
Is this pain based on reality
Why does it still hurt when I dream
Why do my eyes leak when I bleed
Why am I not anything they ever need
I know I’m not her and I never was
But if you’ll excuse me I need more gauze
It’s going to take a lot to cover the flaws
And every time I fall someone does applause
Every single hour I go through change
But when I turn around everything’s the same
I guess it’s not important to love the strange
And when it comes to me I don’t have a name
I still have love for him on the inside
I said I didn’t need him but I really lied
And there for a moment I felt alive
But it was just a trick of the night
Not even a demon could love this creature
My only goal was to make his life richer
But as it turns out I am just a creeper
And I’m not capable of giving him fever
Now I have this love and don’t know what to do
I thought I was a diamond or in his heart a jewel
I thought he was my knight, come to save me too
But when it comes to my life I had the wrong value
© Delia Ross. 2019

I could run along the meadows where I’m wild and free
I could run into the ages until he’s tired of watching me
I can erase all the shadows where the light can never reach
I can remove all the lessons that he ever failed to teach
I should grow a tongue that has better speech
I would dance away the loneliness with every aching hour
I would step with hope and fill him with a love that gives him power
I will let him trample over me collecting each wildflower
I will let him pull the weeds from me that make me feel a coward
I am growing every second where I feel his light encounter
© Delia Ross. 2019
He says I’m just a game and poison with an anchor
He beats around the bush and never gives an answer
He claims I’m a fairytale or worse just a cancer
I never was his muse and I fill them both with laughter
So I do my best to ease the bruise and respond with some candor
© Delia Ross. 2019
Narrow views, he once said
Then I killed where it bled
Narrow views, I declined
He only speaks when he’s blind
Narrow views, they bring me down
Now I roam this empty ghost town
Narrow views, is your hue
It matches every silhouette of you
Narrow views, in her mind
But still she closed his blind
Narrow views, the two will find
As they circle where confined
Narrow views, and in his knife
But the Army trained me to not feel life
Narrow views, all around
Watch us all become the clown
Narrow views, it might be true
But when it comes to him I already knew
Narrows views, to hide the shame
Take a picture, put it in a frame
Narrow views, is that your view?
I don’t remember ever asking you
Narrow views, the bell did ring
But for him, honesty was never waiting
Narrow views, his tongue did lie
Watched him clean the blade, without goodbye
Narrow views, the angel sang
But underneath the sound, he felt her fang
Narrow views, they are to blame
Even your mirror, reflects the same
Narrow views, are buried here
And with a tiny view, you watch me disappear
Narrows views, keep circling
But I’m off the freeway and already exiting
Narrow views, they make me pissed
Then I remembered, I was already over it
Narrows views, he gifted me
But I already had the foresight to see
Narrow views, he doesn’t understand
This hell he keeps, I own the land!
Narrow views, I’ll make it clear
Because I don’t need a foggy atmosphere
Narrow views, stay in your queue
Take responsibility for what you do
Narrow views, whip across my back
As I kneel, from all I lack
Narrow views, I’ll carry your cross
The weight of you, I felt the loss
Narrows views and a broken wing
It was only love I was offering
© Delia Ross. 2019
Do you ever regret building my wall?
Do you ever feel anything at all?
Are you even aware of what you lost?
Can you feel the weight of its cost?
Are you proud of the pain you caused?
The red flags raised and lines you crossed?
The bridges burned, the lies you craft
Did you all, have a good laugh?
I gave you love, you fed me wrath
I still dwell in the aftermath
© Delia Ross. 2019
So I write a bit of poetry
Do you think that makes you know me?
Or from what I drop in my story
You’re an expert at the knowing
So you think that I’m messed up
Or that you have a better cup
You scream “now” and watch me jump
Then disappear after I get hurt
You think you know me all so well
Because I let you see my hell
You think you know what rings my bell
Or if I smile I’m feeling well
You think you have me figured out
Or what to do to make me shout
That I’m unholy or too devout
Or that you made me take this route
You think I’m warm when I am cold
Or it’s the only story told
You think it wrong when I am bold
You pay with lies instead of gold
You think I’m high when I am crying
You think I live while I am dying
You think my love is undermining
Or that I’m never really trying
You think I’m strong when I am weak
I’ve got it all so you think
I don’t deserve what I seek
And you hear words I never speak
© Delia Ross. 2019

He moves me around like pieces of a chess board
A game he fully intends to win
He uses me like a pawn in a game of life
And he knows I will never quit
With his pen and with his will he continues to record
Every single squinch I make because he likes it when I sin
And deeper in he puts the knife
For I can never match his wit
For months his darkness I explored
I still feel him deep within
Many times I dropped the strife
And he still would not submit
I turn to rage when I’m ignored
Do you think it makes him grin?
I ask him not to be his wife
Just a friend I can commit
© Delia Ross. 2019

Moments, however fleeting, live in the now
We watch time receding, as though a tide on a shore
We swim towards tomorrow with hope as an anchor
We stick our feet in time always hoping there is more
And every grain of sand is a memory that we store
We lock them in the past and hide behind a door
We walk on yesterday where our feet cannot explore
We softly wrap up lies and then tie them with a vow
© Delia Ross. 2019
I live in the words of how another sees me
I live inside the bruises of past enemies
Ex-lovers chain me to memories of who I used to be
Held to the past of visions I am now blind to see
Many with offerings of second chances
But none offer a dime to help with my finances
I’ve been under their rule and cancelled the classes
That girl died when I removed her tinted glasses
I had to untangle the worry where it had knotted
I had to prune the weeds where my heart had rotted
I had to learn to dance where my memories were haunted
I had to hug the parts they all said were unwanted
I may be alone but I am not desperate
People may change but I’m still a skeptic
I may be tame but I’m growing restless
I may be weak but I’ve never been helpless
It is true I’ve taken many lovers
My past is filled with several colors
Regrets have visited over many summers
So much wasted time for a love still undiscovered

Do you know what it’s like to cut the cord on your dream?
Though it isn’t just a dream from sleep
But one from awakening
It is a lifeline to your fate
The weight of consequence
Feels like an ocean
As you’re sinking
There are moments you want to swim back up
Fleeting moments of reason
Caught in a net of fishing line
More struggle
No you have to sink deep
Feel the pressure in your chest
The anxiety, the agony, the sorrow
You want to take a deep breath
It would be your very last
Panic. Now regret. Doubt.
Peace will come again.
As soon as my pocket knife cuts this cord
And I race to ascend
The light my friend
A reasonable decision
Air in my lungs again
Pain lessening
You were dead weight.
An anchor in my soul.
I swim towards finality.
I’ve made it to the lighthouse.
You are a memory I drowned away.
And I nearly drowned with it.
You would have been the last thought on my mind.
As you were always on my mind.
Unrequited love.
A pain I hope to never know again.
As I crawl off the shores of a dream that died.
I am never looking back.

There is a tourniquet on her tongue
There is a swell in her heart where he stung
There are written words that remain unsung
There is a list of wrongs that they all hung
There is a trail of ash where lightning struck
There is a stem remaining from her petals he pluck
There is a girl with hope but never any luck
There is quicksand where her feet are stuck
There are rooms without any remorse
And days we seem to make it worse
Where life exists only in verse
They leak from pages and turn to curse
There is a small window where he may care
But you will never get to meet him there
He will pull the blind so they cannot stare
And wear a mask that says beware
There are stones to throw whether wrong or right
And reasons to keep them all up at night
There are teeth attached to mouths that bite
And mistakes so bright you won’t need a light
There are roads we build of the unknown
With caverns of secrets we will never own
And shame like ice we carve a home
Faces with frowns of moments blown
If you stop and take a look around
At your feet growing up from the ground
It grows so high now past your crown
This is where the seeds of love are found

I have been living in the shadows of the unworthy
I have been skipping in the streets of doubt
I gave a lot of hell to reason
I took a detour on the wrong route
My hands became bloodthirsty
After my tongue experienced drought
I lost the better meaning
Building bridges with no way out
I’d welcome his friends any season
Because mercy was made not to shout

Made in Heaven has been my favorite love story and film since I was 10 years old. It’s currently available to watch for free on Vudu. It’s from 1987 and you shouldn’t even watch a preview, you should just go watch the film. If it doesn’t pull on your heartstrings, then you’re probably not alive.
It’s one of the most beautiful stories ever written and I cry every single time I watch it. It ruined me on love. In a good way.
I decided I’m going to write a poem about it, in fact, I’ve already started.
So if you’d like to watch a really really good movie, that isn’t based on sex, drugs, horror, and rock and roll, but is an actual good story with thriving characters, and a soaring cast, go check it out. You can thank me later. Get your tissues ready though. sniff sniff
The film is PG.
Can you handle a PG movie or are you so desensitized from modern movies?
If you do watch it, will you let me know what you think about it? 😇
That ending scene, OH MY HEART.
I feel like watching it twice tonight.
I struggle with reason. I dwell on it, rub over it like a pig in mud. Try it on, wear it overnight, sometimes invite it over for the weekend. And when pleasing, cook it a good meal. It takes awhile to break in, like a good pair of shoes that you love but that hurts your feet. They bleed and cause blisters yet you wear them anyway. You think the money or time invested is now worth the pain. So many hours pounding the streets in them. The pain never fades, it burrows and claws its way into every moment, crushing stone as you walk. Time moves on, leaving bitter trails stained with blood, a journey harder than once thought. Your worry weighing down, as peace is not coming back, and it cost more than you originally bought. In the end, you come to know every season. Every why. Every when. Every how. Reason will be an uninvited guest. Knowledge will begin to feel like treason. How could you not know? Until this very moment. With death lingering like a demon.

You should have kept it a buried treasure
You should have taken another adventure
His love will make you poorer not richer
The taste of his bite is only bitter
A bad seed from his rotten apple
The taste of his lips makes one babel
Leaving you with lessons you’ll never grapple
Poison your tongue so you can never tattle
Holy water will run from the unclean
Circle and burrow paths for a new stream
A king can grow apples from a bad seed
A queen never takes a road to mislead

How do you forget something once you know it exists
How do you put the blade to your own wrist
How do you cross a soul off of your list
How do you explain chaos needs a misfit
How do you find light when the sun’s never lit
How can a stranger leave such an imprint
What is it about me you don’t want to risk
How much more pain are you going to inflict
I’m chained to a cross and your actions afflict
My heart is still buried inside your dark crypt
I know I was wrong and deserve to be whipped
But I’ve never experienced anything like this
If there are rules please hand me a script
Do you forgive me for being such quick lipped
I’d crawl unto you and beg to be kissed
My love is on a 24-hour eternal shift
© Delia Ross. 2019
He appeared, blue eyes to match his mood
Words delayed but mostly understood
Darkness his dagger and his hood
Carrying a cross longer than one should
And then I followed him, into his alleyway
Despite my better judgment, I followed anyway
Plunged into a world of darkness, it’s been my darkest day
A pool of doubt seems to be the only way
It’s warmer where he does appear, I feel him like a sunray
© Delia Ross. 2019
It’s a love story from the dead to the dead
Rotating cyclones of he said, she said
It isn’t what I meant here’s what I mean instead
Constantly sending each other gifts of dread
You wanted to be heard, now your face is turning red
But I’m sorry, you’re sorry, it’s all we ever had
Now we’re feeling worse, we are always feeling bad
Our circles quickly dropping unless we stopped trying to add
Try to greet you all and you respond like you are mad
I’m certain all I wanted was for us feeling a tad less sad
Actions and words never meeting in the middle
And every single wound leaves us all so very brittle
Consequences come at you hard to read like a riddle
But everyone thinks they know how to love just a little
You swear it isn’t you but here it comes another missile
I know we’re all in hell it doesn’t take a degree
You’re always on the run, you barely ever take a knee
I know I’m paranoid the devil’s always after me
Blinding us with hate or lust I can’t convince you all to see
I’m just curious if any of you really do feel free
You build these walls and cages but who do they protect
You haven’t convinced me that your life is so perfect
I wonder if any of you clearly understand yet
It’s doubtful though so I’m passing on this bet
I’ll try again and maybe this time I will be more direct
Okay another verse, perhaps a message you can understand
None of this can work if we don’t give a helping hand
I live here, you live there, we all share this land
Love is not something to hoard, set it free unmanned
Love it knows the way so let it lead our command

It’s going to keep coming around and around it keeps going
Over and over these lessons harden and are gaining speed and growing
You’d think by now we’d get it, but these lessons keep on flowing
It’s different now but maybe it would have been better never knowing
Nothing will ever hide these wrinkles on my forehead from showing
There might have been a warning when he heard the bird crowing
Damn, you see, it’s just another universal omen
But is he aware that time for me is gradually slowing
These lessons, these lessons keep on coming
These lessons, these lessons keep on coming

The best things in life aren’t free
But please don’t bother me
I changed the lock and key
It’s best if you now flee
He bled her clean
Filled images in her head
The young ones he will preen
And bleed them til they’re dead
The best things in life aren’t free, he said
With not even a look of dread
She knows it’s nothing she misread
His love trap is a deathbed
Miles and decades of lies widespread
But not an ounce of bloodshed
The worst things in life are free
And you’ll never remember me
I sat there clawing blindly
In the forest at the wrong tree
Because the worst things in life
Always seem to follow me

His love is like Russian Roulette
For all he’s had and still not found love yet
Under his reign I had many debts
The lost and wounded are his favorite pet’s
Losing you won’t give him any regrets
He’s already forgotten you I bet
His love was like Russian Roulette
It doesn’t matter if they are blond or brunette
He’s not interested in her silhouette
Once he’s hooked you he’ll enjoy a cigarette
Making them cry is his largest asset
The only way to go no contact is to move to Tibet
