It’s running deeper in my vein
I’m constantly crying your name
I wonder if you do the same
This feeling I cannot explain

It’s deeper than any ocean
I’m drowning on every emotion
It’s like my soul for you was woven
I’ll never escape this devotion

Isolated in ruin
My hand is always losing
This pain has no undoing
I wish you could see I’m just human

I call it the great divide
This love I cannot define
A story I cannot rewrite
I feel like I may not survive
