The Truth (I Lie)

Our love is science fiction
I wrap your love around my vein
It’s called addiction
Still the power you contain
I’ve got affliction
But I love you all the same
So I keep wishing
On stars I knew your real name
And I keep itching
In places where you came
A crucifixion
But I lie and call it rain
A contradiction
When the truth makes my soul wane

Welp. 15460 days old and still not learning universal lessons. 😭

On a positive note, I have no grey hairs.

But 2020 is pushing my temperament.

I don’t know how to give up something I’ve never had.

I don’t know where to put all this love. 😭😭

Trying not to die on the street like Edgar Allan Poe. 😭😭😭
