Keep the mask, wear it a crown
Stitch it to the weight that drags me down
Watch regret filling up the mound
You made me the last to come around

Put a cover over sun
Blame the past for all you’ve done
Inventing endless problems to cover one
Subtracting the solution like you’ve won
